What’s your take on the Canadian surf scene?

I think the Canadian surf scene has come along way even since when I started surfing out here. Every time you go to the beach you see another guy/girl surfing better everyday.

How do you see yourself in the pecking order?

I don’t know, pretty low I’d say. Working my way up, looking for a better position.

What are your current tools of the trade?

I like surfboards, wetsuits, boots, gloves and hoods. That’s how I do.

If you could go back to your favourite surf break, where would it be?

S***, I’d say, high tide, inside, Wick has always been my favourite.

What would your biggest improvement in surfing be?

I think the biggest improvement you can do in surfing is consistency.

Man, if I could land an air-reverse, that’d be it. I’d be stoked. Got a couple of straight airs but spinning. Spin it to win it!
